The Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) program for Ingham, Eaton and Clinton Counties is administered for the Michigan State Housing Development Authority(MSHDA). Franklin Street CHC works with program participants to help them build the knowlege and resources needed to attain greater financial independence.
For participants in this program, this means working to repair credit, attaining financial literacy and obtaining information that leads to better education and employment allowing clients to move themselves forward and off the public assistance rolls.
